South American Development Corporation, who currently holds the manufacturing and distribution license to produce and sell the Home Front Panelized “Green” Building System in South America, Central America and the Islands of the Caribbean, has just completed its purchase of Home Front Homes LLC, the Englewood, Florida based “Green Building” company after many months of negotiation. Home Front Homes LLC, the 10 year old, award winning and successful panelized home manufacturing company, is now wholly owned by SADC whose home office is in Hallandale Beach, Florida, USA, with its South American headquarters and office in Buenos Aires Argentina. SADC is in the process of moving the Home Front Homes manufacturing facility from Englewood Florida to Hialeah Florida, where the company will continue to produce its Home Front Homes, award winning and “Green” Building System for the US market and for several other countries in South America, Central America and the Islands of the Caribbean.  The company will continue to further its engineering to achieve a “zero energy” home and will also continue to develop the engineering to achieve earthquake (seismic) product certification.
